can’t update my paym

REceived email notification that my anniversary payment is due April 2, but I need to update my credit card info. When I hit the link to update my info, I am informed that I have no website with Word Press. I can go no further with this process without being able to contact Word Press. Philip

I can’t get to a page where I can use the email address I am receiving the notifications about payments. When I go to Google and enter WordPress login, it automatically takes me to a login page with the address (email visible only to moderators and staff). There is no way to change the email address from that page. I can’t figure how to move forward here.

I thought I would be anonymous when trying to access the login via address from Google search, but my personal information is already on the page when I click the link from the search.

When I click on purchases, it tells me I don’t have any websites yet, and asks me if I want to setup a new site. I played along like I was setting up a new site…and entered the name nutragreenformulations. The response is that that website name is already taken (by me of course). Very difficult to navigate this process.

I am going to logout of all open windows now, and reboot my computer, and try to login again. I am hoping I will be able to get back to see your replies but I am not confident I will be able to login again….

I do not see any upgrades under your @angus726222975 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that nutragreenformulations.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @angus726222975 login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you send yourself a login link by entering your alternate email address here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
This will send a login link to your alternate email inbox, which you will be able to use to log in to your @nutragreenformulations account. From there you can correctly manage nutragreenformulations.com, which is not possible under the account you are communicating through currently.
