Can't update payment info because transfer of upgrades not done

  I am trying to update my payment info. The original blog administrator didn’t transfer over the upgrades to my when she transferred over the blog.
  I can’t get in touch with them to transfer it and I need to update my cc info before the domain mapping upgrade expires. It is jengodindesign that has the upgrades now and I need to have them transferred over for my seahorsegully blog, my username is butlermelissa1
