Can’t update site and can’t logon using FTP

  Hi
  I manage a site for a local car club and the auto update has stopped working. I have tried to use Filezilla and it wont accept my login I use to edit the site.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  FTP access is controlled by your hosting provider, so please contact their support directly for help with this.
