Can't Update Site, Issues Applying Themes

I can’t seem to update my site with the available updates. I also tried to apply a theme to my site, and it returned with a message saying to contact support. Any help with this?

I’m afraid that your site (http://www.uuministry.com/) is not hosted here with WordPress.com. It is a site using open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).
