can’t update things on website

    Im trying to update my website. Im uploading a 200kb file and it keeps saying ‘Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.’ and when i update text on pages it won’t load to update. Im just generally having problems doing anything on it. thanks

    Are you talking about hazytales.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
