Cant update to 4.7.1

    Trying to answer an email from wordpress team telling me they could not update my version of Word Press to 4.7.1 But when I have done all updates I can find, the dashboard still says ‘An automated WordPress update has failed to complete! Please notify the site administrator.’ Meanwhile it also says:

    Plugins
    Your plugins are all up to date.

    Themes
    Your themes are all up to date.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
    http://wordpress.org/support/

    If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
