  Hi – I am trying to update my site but am having trouble. Is it because of a design plugin? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to update my SSL certificate and

  Hey there, the site you mentioned isn’t hosted here with us, so I can’t see what’s going on server side that would be preventing an update. If you’re getting an error, please try searching for that error in the forums at WordPress.org (the correct ones for your site).
