Cant Update Zone File

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help me,
My blog and domain are both hosted at wordpress.com, I have tried to look for any contact number for customer support but cant seem to find one.
I need to update my DNS Zone file to add a new A Record however when i go to the DNS zone file manager I cant update this file it says the following:
The zone file is unavailable because the domain’s set nameservers do not belong to this registrar.
It doesnt show me any information on the DNS Zone file tab.
Please tell me how i can add a new A Record as its driving me insane.

What’s the A record that you need to add?
We have information about how you can add it in our support docs. Or, if you let me know the A record I can help you get it added.

Excuse me? As a staff member you should know what this is, your documentation is not helpfull and we are paying $99 a year. Here is what i need to update i have attached a screenshot, can you please sort this out for us ASAP. Information should be visible here and i should be able to add a new A record.

You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
Otherwise let us know the host or A record (IP address) of where you want to point it to.
