Can't upgrade

    Hey All,

    Can somebody please help?

    I am desperately trying to recover my WordPress business plan, but despite receiving emails with embedded links from WordPress to pay for it, I keep getting either, ‘the product does not exist in your account’ or, ‘your cart is empty’

    I have no other account that the plan could be in, and this is the correct account where my domains are.

    I see a page where I can compare plans from my dashboard, but absolutely no way to add one to the cart or pay for one – so frustrating!

    I’ve got deadlines for writing today for clients, and I’m not wired so I can just forget this, or accept that my site is totally illegible (all my plugins have failed with the downgrade) and just keep on working.

    I’ve tried email support, but no reply in 2 hours (I appreciate that is not a lot of time, but it is a working day)

    And, the reason my plan downgraded was because the wordpress reminder emails were going to my gmail account which I only ever use for wordpress, and had not checked in months.

    Oh woe is me.

    It looks like you were able to re-add your business plan. Do you still need help?

    Also I noticed that while the plan was re-added, we didn’t detect how you’re using your domain credit: whether it’s being used to map your primary domain or pay for the other. If you’d like to let us know I can take care of that, or you’re welcome to open a chat for faster help with that (or with anything else, for that matter.)
