Cant upgrade

    I tried to upgrade my account, however it was a brand new account and I used a brand new card to pay for it. It was my card but I thought they had already activated the card when I got it at the bank. It wasn’t activated, and that caused the card to be flagged for fraud. Which (I think) caused WordPress to flag my account as fraudulent, because it won’t even let me pay with a different card. Is there a way for me to reverse that or verify my information abd lift the hold on my account?
