Cant upgrade

    Hi,

    I decided to try some plug-ins and upgrade to premium, but after 1 failed payment attempt it seems that my purchasing capabilities were blocked,
    Is there any reason for this? only thing I could think of is maybe the fact that I have a VPN on?
    please assist

    Hey,

    You can use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
    The relevant team will contact you.

    In addition, you can send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
