Can't upgrade

I’m trying to upgrade my site to a custom domain. The form asks for my phone number, and I type it in like the example shows, but the form doesn’t recognize it and won’t let me move forward with my purchase.

I tried that. The form keeps asking “Enter a country code followed by a dot (for example +1.6285550199).”
So I put 1.phonenumber but it keeps popping up with that error.

You need to enter +1.phonenumber. The “+” must be there as well, as in the example.
Can you both please makes sure that you’re entering the number in the correct format.
Also note that +1 is the code for US and Canadian numbers. If you are located in a different country, you need to use the code for your specific country or it won’t work either.
