Can’t upgrade again

  I removed my Business plan today so that I can downgrade to another plan. But after this step, I can’t seem to upgrade from Free plan to Personal plan again. It keeps saying ‘Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.’

  Could you please assist me on how to get the Personal plan?

  Correct account: Yes

  I also don’t understand why the site address is changed from sh-learningculture.com to shlearningculturecom.wpcomstaging.com. As a paying customer who is not WordPress savvy yet, I really hope a staff can help me out before taking too long.
