Can't upgrade as form is saying invalid postcode

    Hi, I’m trying to upgrade but am stuck on the domain contact information page. I is saying ” make sure this is a valid postal code” I have tried including my postcode with spaces and without and nothing works. As I can’t get past this page I’m kinda stuck so any help anyone can give would be appreciated, thanks
    P.s my postcode is a standard uk one and I never normally have any issues with it

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to use UK postal codes? Please make sure that you add both sections and leave a space between the two parts of the code, or our registrar’s system might not recognise it as valid.

    I did that, the post code is N19 3BF. I put it in with a space, without a space, lower case, uppercase, with a 0 instead of a space (worked for someone else). I tried my other flats postcode. I’ve tried anything. I’d like to upgrade my plan but I’m stuck.

    That is the correct format so it should work. Can you please try adding the plan without the domain. Then try adding the domain afterwards.

    If it still won’t let you add the domain, let me know and I can see if I’m able to add it from my end.
