Can't upgrade because get quoted different price

I’m trying to upgrade to the $99 package, but when I click to buy it, I get a different price–$139. Why? The main reason I want to upgrade is to get some email support–where I don’t have to wait days to get a response–as I’m having problems with setting up the Oxygen theme. The feature slider just doesn’t show and I’ve already gone to the support forums and cleaned my cache, cookies. Please help!!! I’m going crazy having all these problems…

Hi Julia – I’m happy to help you upgrade, but to be clear, you don’t need to upgrade for email support. You already have an upgrade on your account and so can contact us by email. We try to reply to all emails as promptly as possible; requests from those with Premium upgrades aren’t treated any differently.
For Oxygen, you’ve set up your Showcase home page properly, but you’ve added a featured image to the page itself. Rather, the showcase page will pull from your posts that:
1. Have a featured image that’s at least 750px wide; and
2. Are marked as sticky: Post VisibilityYou have two sticky posts, but they don’t have featured images set. Here are instructions for how to set a featured image: Featured Images
Remember to make sure it’s a large image, as it won’t work if it’s under 750px.

and thanks for getting back to me so quickly! Your instructions very much helped. Though, I realized that I like the smaller version of my image that comes up on my blog page, not the very big one that comes up when I check the “Stick this post to the front page,” the “featured image.” Is there a way to make that smaller version my “featured image,” or do I have to upgrade to the $99 package to keep it small? Also, if I do upgrade, will I get refunded the $13 I paid for the mapping of my domain name?Thanks again for this help!

Hi Julia – So different themes display featured images in different ways. In Oxygen, the “showcase page” template that you’re using on your homepage shows the large image at the top, as in the demo here:
http://oxygendemo.wordpress.com/When not using the showcase template, it shows featured images as smaller images above each post, as shown here:
http://oxygendemo.wordpress.com/blog/If you don’t like that showcase template on the front page, you could choose the default template instead and set up a “static” front page, which would just be a regular page where you could insert whatever image you wanted: Front Page
Another option would be to experiment with some different themes to see if there’s one where you like the layout better. Some have thumbnail images, etc:

Hi, thanks. I want to upgrade to the $99 option. I assume I can download youtube videos–or any other video I find online–and use them on my site with the videopress plug-in that comes with the package,?
