Can't upgrade credit card

It keeps telling me that ‘That Method is Not Allowed’ even though it’s just a renewal of a card that I’ve previously used. Also I can’t send you a comment / question from my site (even though I’ve paid for a Premium upgrade) as the fields are just grey.
Can you please contact me and tell me what to do? (email visible only to moderators and staff)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. Clear your browser cache:
2. Go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ Select the upgrade theunintentionalmariner.com, and use the renewal link.
If that does not work let me know.

I just took another look and can see that the domain registration is good through 2020-07-14. So that has been successful. The premium plan is what needs renewed yet.

Hi there; I cleared the cache; thank you; and now have followed the link to try and ‘upgrade’ but I can’t see anything there that would let me do that! I’ve done a screenshot to show you; can I attach it here somehow?? It’s just all grey (

Hi @theunintentionalmariner, when it’s all grey it usually still means there’s a browser problem — possibly something blocking a script.
Can you let us know what browser you’re using?
If you switch browsers, does it get better?
