Can't upgrade my blog and ask for the 2 weeks free trial

  I just opened my blog few day ago and I’m trying to upgrade using a debit card but I can’t because it says my details are wrong (my billing adress or anything) that’s untrue, I already contact with my bank brunch and they say everything is ok with my account.

  Do you anyone have the same problem? Could you please help me?

  Hi – the same with me. I’d like the two week trial for the $99 version, but I chose the blog to start and cannot change it.

  I look into the error and found that the bank declined it, and we have no control over this. Can you please try contacting your bank again?

  @hscwebit-

  I could not find the two week trial in your account. Do you have another account?

  No, but I tried to pay and you need to full all your details before the trial.

  I think the problem is if you use an internationl debit card, maybe my bank couldn’t process the payment.

  I made it by another national Credit Card and it’s working now.
