Can’t upgrade my plan

I have tried for a few weeks on and off to upgrade my account. I just get a screen that basically says that there is an issue at this time. Advice would be helpful, and yes I’ve read the forums to no avail.

What plan are you trying to upgrade to? Are you seeing any eparticular error message? Does it happen when you use a different browser?
