Can’t upgrade – payments issue

    When I try to upgrade to premium plan on the checkout page I get a message saying “purchases are currently disabled, contact our team”. I did contact it but no response…

    I signed up last night and when i went to upgrade the woo express site it says payments are disabled, contact us with nobody responding yet. It accepted a $123 payment for the Emoly theme premium subscription that i cant even use because i cant upgrade the plan. NO live support or phone number either. I think i need to cancel all of this.
