Can’t upgrade to add emails

You know you’d figure a place that offers paid services would offer actual support versus a forum. Anyway, what is the issue that I can’t add emails? I’m on the page to add emails, I fill it out, I hit submit, and the page does absolutely nothing–doesn’t even bother to give me an error message. Then I try to add email forwarding since your paid option doesn’t work at all, and that doesn’t work either–it gives me an issue something about my site doesn’t exist. Will this be fixed soon or should I find another place to host my professional site, because I can’t be dealing with shoddy programming like this. . .

So the plans page is lovely, except it doesn’t actually have a function to purchase a plan. The cart button brings up another button, “add a plan,” but just like the, “add email,” button it does nothing at all. Are y’all even capitalists? Getting pretty tired of the shoddy programming with the critical features. . .

It looks like your site, http://thechurchofthenaturallaw.org/, is not hosted on our servers. Your site is built with the open source WordPress software, made on WordPress.org, and hosted with another provider, Hostgator.com.
You can see the site listed in your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin. But as it’s not hosted here, you can’t buy a WordPress.com plan for that site, and you also won’t be able to use our email hosted service.
In fact, you shouldn’t be seeing WordPress.com upgrades at all for that site. You should be seeing a selection of Jetpack plans, and there shouldn’t be a Domains or Email section at all.
I had a look at the Jetpack connection for your site, and that appears to be broken:
So you’re likely seeing those options because our system isn’t correctly identifying your site as a Jetpack-connected site.
Please make sure with your host that XML-RPC on your server is enabled, and that access isn’t being blocked. If the problem is not on that end, follow the troubleshooting guide linked on the Jetpack debugger page, or you can contact Jetpack support directly for more help with this.
For setting up email on your domain, I suggest you contact support at Hostgator directly to ask what options they recommend.
