Can't upgrade to Baskerville 2
-
Hi, I can only use Baskerville not Baskerville 2 on my site – is there a way I can upgrade please? It doesn’t load our website as an option when I try to “activate this design” nor does it appear when I search for themes. Thanks, Julie
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The reason that your site doesn’t display in the list of options when you try to “activate this design” is that it’s hosted outside of WordPress.com.
The fact that your site is running on the free software available over at WordPress.org may have caused some confusion.
The difference between the two types of WordPress (WordPress.com and WordPress.org) is a common and understandable point of confusion. The following guide provides a good overview:
If you want to download Baskerville 2 for your self-hosted site then you’ll need to scroll to the bottom of its showcase page here and click on the download button:
https://wordpress.com/theme/baskerville-2/
Hope that’s helpful! If you have any further questions on customising the theme, please feel welcome to post to its dedicated forum over on WordPress.org here:
https://wordpress.org/support/theme/baskerville/
Thanks!

I have a similar problem. I set up a free baskerville 2 site to experiment with it, then tried to install baskerville 2 over twenty seventeen in my paid business subscription wordpress.com site. I didn’t notice until too late that I had installed baskerville, not baskerville 2, so how do I get baskerville 2 for wordpress.com/business
