Can't upgrade to Business

My subscription and domain mapping has run out and it had reverted to a free plan as I didn’t realise. Now I need to upgrade back to Business for our theme to work again and the site not be a mess. However I go to Manage Purchases, press the Upgrade button, then select my site, which brings me to wordpress.com/plans/completefacilitiesjersey.com>. The available plans are listed in three columns however the upgrade button does not load. It appears as the page is loading for a second but greyed out and then it disappears.
I have spoken with your assistants on Twitter and with several experts but have been put on to deal with different people each time.
Please can we get this sorted today as it has been 5 days trying and the company who’s site I manage is losing business. Please help!

No problem, I’ve added the Business plan and domain mapping for completefacilitiesjersey.com back to your site. You should now be able to renew it from the Manage Purchases page in your account:

The site should start working again now the plan has been restored.

Thank you so much, after dealing with so many people you are a star for finally getting the site back up and running.
Unfortunately my clients at Complete Facilities aren’t too happy with the amount of time the website has been down for (since Thursday I have been trying to receive help with this) and have requested because of the potential loss of revenue to see whether there can be any sort of compensation on the pricing or anything at all really.
Would appreciate it if possible.

You’re very welcome! The Business plan expired 16 days ago, which is why direct support options like email and Live Chat were not available during that time. But you can make use of them now the Business plan has been renewed:

Email and Live Chat support are not included in the Free plan so response times can be longer during busier periods — therefore I’m unable to issue a refund or compensation.
Information about your account and upgrades is sent to the email address on your Account Settings page. I recommend checking the information there is up to date if you didn’t receive the renewal reminders.
