Can’t upgrade to paid plan

  Hi, I’m unable to upgrade to a paid plan due to my site not being compatible with Personal or Premium plan. I hope to reach someone through this channel who could help me with this.

  I had Business plan previously and cancelled that and now would like to upgrade to Personal or Premium instead. I have already tried to remove all plugins etc. I would want my media and pages to stay.

  I have checked the site and found that the Business plan for the site was owned by a different WordPress.com account. We can only help with this request when it is coming from the plan owner.

  If you have access to the other account or if you can have the owner contact us then we can verify the request and provide further assistance.
