Can't upgrade to premium

I tried to upgrade to premium, but my credit card was rejected (“please use a different card”). All the information are correct and I can use the same card with other shops without any problem. This is a german visa card. What’s going wrong?

Below are the only accepted means of payment.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

I’m not seeing any failed transactions on your account. Could you try your card one more time? If you are paying with a German card, be sure to choose Germany in the Country dropdown menu.
Let me know if you continue to have trouble and we’ll see if a manual payment works better.

I tried the card again (the next morning) and it worked correctly.
Now everything is fine.
