Can't upgrade to premium

  Hello,
  I’m trying to upgrade to a premium plan for my new website and it doesn’t seem to work (with paypal or my credit card). With the paypal option, I’m logging to my account and agreeing to the payment: it automatically return to my wordpress page without applying the upgrade. With my credit card, i’m just getting this message: ‘This transaction cannot be processed.’. What do I have to do?
