Can’t upgrade to Starter because I previously canceled a plan

    Hi!

    I upgraded from Starter to Creator but changed my mind and canceled it. Now I’m back to the Free plan and can’t change it to Starter (I get an error message, “your plan is not compatible”). Also, although I own a domain name (redesnuestras.net), my Free blog redirects to lasredessonnuestras.wpcomstaging.com.

    How can I restore the Starter plan with my domain? Thanks!
