Can't Upload 3rd-Party Themes

One of my clients purchased the personal plan because she thought it would allow her to upload a 3rd-party theme that she has and wants to use. She realized today that only the Business plan allows 3rd-party theme uploads. Is there a way she can cancel her plan and get a refund? She has only had this plan for a month.

She has only had this plan for a month.
The Refunds support page says:
For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.
If it is still within the refund period, then see the How do I request a refund? section of that support page.
