Can't upload a free theme

  Help! I can’t upload a free theme. I downloaded a theme, and have the zip file readied, but I cant figure out how to upload it via Themes :(

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are not able to install new themes using the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on self-hosted sites.

  With that being said, there are still hundreds of themes available for you to choose from on WordPress.com:
  https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you are unable to find one you like and think you want to try a self-hosted site, WordPress.com has created a good guide for this:
