Can't upload a theme

  When I go to themes the ‘Add new’ button is missing.
  I have a free theme that I want to upload but I can’t because there is no button to do it. Could you please explain me how do I upload a new theme that I have on my computer?

  You can’t use/upload/install a third-party or custom theme on WordPress.com:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-custom-themes

  BTW, all the available themes on WordPress.com are here:
