  Hello @techytalkswithall,

  Users here on WordPress.com require a Business Plan upgrade to upload third-party themes. You will not be able to upload themes to your site running on a free plan.

  The Free/Peronal/Blog/Premium Plans have limited possibilities with some popular plugins/themes embedded. If you want to use third party plugins and themes, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
