cant upload audio wav file due to secrity reasons?

  Cant upload audio files tried mp3, wav but not working, keeps saying about security reasons.

  To upload .mp3 and .wav files to your WordPress.com site, the site needs to be on a paid plan.

  With the purchase of the WordPress.com Personal, Premium, Business or eCommerce plan, you are also permitted to upload zip files and the following audio file types…(snipped)

  .mp3
  .m4a (might not work in all browsers)
