Can’t upload avatar because it says I have use all my space allocation
-
Hi,
I have a WordPress account and I would like to upload an avatar, however, I see the following message in my dashboard:
Upload a picture (jpeg, gif, or png) to be used as your photo and avatar across WordPress.com. We will let you crop it after you upload.
Sorry, you have used your space allocation. Please delete some files to upload more files.
I don’t have a wordpress blog so I don’t see how I can have used all my space. Perhaps the fact that I don’t have a blog is the actual cause of the problem?
Thanks -
Probably since the space is allocated to the blogs, not the user accounts.
I would suggest sending in an email to support at this domain and point this out to staff.
Good luck,

This is a backend issue for sure. Send in a request to staff through the “support” tab of this forum or support at wordpress dot com email
