Cant upload content and ‘my site’ appears blank even though I have an active website with wordpress

  Hello,
  I just logged on to my wordpress account and after clicking the my site button ‘you dont have a worpress site yet’ comes up. I have had a site with worpress for years. all appears blank as if I’ve just set up my account eg. no profile info previous purchases etc..

  My website is still active( sunsetsessions-vallarta.com ) but I can’t get on it to upload as I used to? I have an email from worpress saying it was due to expire on the 25th of october 2018 but I called the ICANN helpline and they said it was active and doesn’t expire untill the october 2019! after my renewell notice i have had no further emails from wordprress. If I am bing cut off or a big change is being made to my site it would have been nice to have a heads up or some form of warning.

  please help me access my site so I can keep enjoying the worpress expirience

  Hi Jonny,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and never has.

  The site at sunsetsessions-vallarta.com belongs to a completely different account, username jonnyseifert. Please log out of the jonnyseifertphotography account and log back in as the correct account and you will have access to your site and your domain.

  Our records show that domain was renewed in September and is good until October 2019
