Can't upload images after upgrading to WP 3.4.1

  When trying to upload images to a post using both the built in file uploader and the multi-file uploader ________, I get the error:

  Unable to create directory /nfs/c02/h02/mnt/19578/domains/rant.tantrum-ny.com/html/wp-content/uploads/2012/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

  What do I need to do to correct this?
