Can`t upload jpeg images created in Photoshop CC 2017

  I can`t upload the jpeg images created with Photoshop CC 2017 on my posts. If I re-save them in Photoshop CS5 they work fine. Same kind of archive, same photo, only different versions of Photoshop.
  How can I solve this?
  I`m getting a ‘This file type is not allowed. Please try another.’ message…

  Hi there, without a link to the site you need help with, we cannot give you an accurate reply.

  If your site is hosted here on WordPressdotcom, make sure you are saving those images in PS with the sRGB profile and not the Adobe color profile.

  Im not saving the images with the Adobe Color profile. They wont open in Whatsapp web either…

  I noticed that those Photoshop CC 2017 don`t have the .jpg on the file name, even though they are jpeg files.
  Manually editing the name I was able to upload the photos, writing .jp after the file name.

  Does this mean that I`ll have to do this manually to every file I create using Photoshop CC 2017???
