  Are you attempting to upload a theme?

  Custom themes are only available to upload on the Business Plan.

  Let me know if I misunderstood your question of if you already have that plan. : )

  Hi,

  I have a wordpress.com business plan. I recently purchased a them from themeforest and i download the file as “installable wordpress file.” I am currently having some trouble with uploading the file since its ~21mb. I was wondering what i can do about this?

  With the Business Plan, your best bet is to send an email via the support form. I know there is limited support this week, but they will get to it, you just need to be patient. :)
