Can't upload my theme to my blog.

    Hi I have a website to which I wish to upload a theme which I had a friend design for me. To test the theme I wish to use it on my blog first. But my blog’s admin panel has no option to upload a theme. I don’t get the ‘Add New’ button in my themes panel

    Please help.
