cant upload new theme

  I try below step to install theme from Colorlabs to WordPress, but i couldn’t found any ‘Install Themes’ option within WordPress, please advice…

  1) First login to your WP admin panel and navigate to the Appearance>Themes tab

  2) Once you are under the ‘Themes’ section, will see ‘Manage Themes’ and ‘Install Themes’ at the top of the page. Click on the ‘Install Themes’ tab to make it the active tab.

  3) I will assume that you have already downloaded the ColorLabs theme that you want to use. Select the Upload option under the ‘Install Themes’ tab.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are found here > Appearance > Themes and there are 200 of them

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
