cant upload new theme

  Please tell me why I can not change theme? I lost my theme accidentally… :(

  Hi there, I assume you have a free WordPress.com account.
  Also could you specify the URL you need help with.
  If you can remember the name of the theme you lost, you can go to
  “My Site” scroll down to “Customize” select “Themes” type the name of the theme in the search box and activate it.
  You would need a paid plan to be upload themes.
