    I’m sending in a feedback as well. Maybe staff has some ideas.

    drmike – I remade and renamed the files yet again and someone has succeeded in downloading them today. However, when I first uploaded and tested them last night, I was getting errors! Just tried #8 and it was ok. #9 &10 still saying damaged. It’s very strange. Largest file is #9 – 3,502kb.

    @dribbler
    As you have sent a feedback to staff on this previously I would recommend sending a follow-up noting the changes that have been made and the new situation. When getting an error message it’s always important to copy exactly what the error message said and to include it in the feedback.

  • This should be fixed now. What you will need to do is re-upload the files and give them different names. You should then have no problem downloading the newly uploaded files. You can then delete the old files if you wish. If you still have problems, please do not hesitate to send in Feedback on Monday.

    Thanks Barry. I’d test it myself but the smallest I have handy is 24 megs. :)
