Can't upload photo

  Hi – trying to add an image from my desktop to the media library so I can use it in a post. I keep getting this message: ‘The file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading’. I get the same message when I try to drag and drop directly from my desktop. It’s a legitimately purchased image from Adobe. Have done this lots of times on other posts successfully. Thoughts? Thanks!

  @11roble are you still having trouble?

  It sounds like you’re having trouble with your connection, and if the file is very large it could be timing out. Can you upload a smaller version to see whether that changes things?
