Can't upload photos

  I am brand new and am finding this pretty confusing. I’ve been trying to add a photo as part of my first post but as soon as I click the Media icons I get a message saying Silverlight wants to open the page – and then everything just freezed. I can’t see anything easy that says ättach photos”- am I blind!

  What browser are you using? I assume if it’s Silverlight that’s causing the problem it’s Internet Explorer, I would suggest using a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome.

  Or alternatively, you may uninstall Microsoft Silverlight from Program & Features. Thereafter, download & install the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight and check if the issue persists:
