Can't upload photos

Hi, i don’t know why but i can’t upload photos on my posts anymore. Either on the app or on the computer so what’s the problem with it? Please help me! Thanks..

Exactly what happens when you try to upload images, please? if you receive an error message please post it here.

I’m having the exact same problem when trying to upload photos from my hard drive. I have over half my free media space available.

As we have no details yet from gizemseckin I would not go out on a limb and say I had exactly trhe same problem.
In order to help you Staff need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through the list that follows and report your details back here.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

I checked your account and found that you have reached the storage limit of your site, which is 3Gb. You can upgrade the storage space with the Premium or Business plan, as follows:
Or you can delete some images from your media library that you’re not using. Be aware that if you do that it will delete the image from where you used on your site, like posts or pages. You can find your Media Library at:

@geogee, like you said, your problem is not related to storage space. I suggest you follow the instructions @timethief posted.
