Can’t upload pictures.

    Hello! I cannot upload more pictures on one of my blogpost drafts. It says it needs more space, can you help me with this? I can’t upload any pictures m.

    Hi there!

    All WordPress.com blogs come with 3 GB of space for uploaded files and images.

    You can see your remaining space under My Site > Media.

    If you’ve reached the limit, then you might consider upgrading the plan.

    Get More Storage Space

    I used to upload high-resolution images to my blog initially, and that consumed a lot of space. I was able to reduce the space used by the media by optimising the images.
    It is a very time-consuming process as it needs to be done one image at a time, but it helps to free the storage.
    We have to resize the image in the image editing program, upload it again to the media library and then replace it in the post in which it is added. Then we can delete the original high-resolution image.
