cant upload pictures

  Its impossible to upload pictures. It is said there are not enough credits, not enough space but untill now i did not upload any picture yet, only paragraph since 3 months ago (when the blog has started).Even the header of course is unchangeable! How it is possible? Really hope somebody can help. THANKS, radha
