Can't upload pictures using the new Media Handling

Used to have no problem uploading pictures and images until the new Media Handling was introduced.
Now every time I try to add a picture, I get an Error Message saying : “File is empty. Please upload something more substantial.”
I’ve tried changing the file size and file type without any luck !
Can anyone help ? ? ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:
http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If it’s still happening, let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and also post any error reports you get.

You can still upload files in two ways: by going to Media → Add New from your dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new/ or by clicking the new Add Media button right above the editing area of a page or a post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/

Hi,
I am also having problems the last week. I am getting crazy, really.
Some of the pics I try to upload are uploaded fast and without a problem as always, but most of them get stacked at the “calculating” phase and they never suceed.
I am desperated. I have tried both uploaders, scanned my computer in case there was some unwanted program, erased cache and cookies, I have checked all the programs to see that I have the latest versions….
I love my blog and need to keep it running.
Can you help me?

Hi does the blissful theme have the option to do rectangular tiled mosaic pics I have gone into my dashboard and put the media settings on cool mosaic, but when I use the new way to upload photos there is no type box for me to select rectangular mosaic. I was also trying it with other themes but it did not show. Even the old way would not allow me to do it, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks SO much……I was able to load pics by going to Media → Add New from the dashboard. Never did it that way before.
Clearing the browser’s cache, enabling third-party cookies, enabling HTTPS…..didn’t help – BUT it doesn’t matter ! I’m back in the saddle again with the other method. Yippee ! !
