can't upload purpose theme purchased on the site!

  I bought a theme (purpose theme) advertised on the wordpress.com site and now can’t upload it . please help~

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The instructions are here https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/#how-to-get-a-premium-theme
  go to Dashboard > Appearance -> Themes and click on the Premium link. When the theme you purchased appears click the “activate” link.

  when I do that and scroll to hat theme – it only has a purchase option – no activate link.

  Hi there, I’m not seeing any evidence of the theme in your account at all :(

  Is it possible you purchased the theme when you were logged into a different WordPress.com account?

  If not, do you happen to have a receipt from your purchase? If so, it might contain clues that help us figure this out. If you have a receipt let me know and I’ll open a private e-mail ticket so you can send it to me.

  They just sorted it out for me! Turns out the link that I purchased it from them not from WP. So they are refunding me and sent the WP link to the theme I wanted.

  This is why I end up not blogging. This part is so complicated for me. Now I am sort of dreading getting it again and figuring out how to use it.
