Can't Upload the "Extra" theme from Elegant Themes – No appearance tab

  I have the “Extra” theme from “Elegant Themes”. I also have the Personal Word Press plan. I’m supposed to be able to upload the Extra theme in the appearances tab of the WordPress dashboard. But, there is no appearances tab. So, how can I upload the Extra Theme?

  You can’t use/upload/install a third-party or custom theme on WordPress.com:
