  i wanna upload theme but i can’t.
  why?

  Hi There-

  Currently only WordPress.com Business plans can upload themes.

  Here is a breakdown of the different plans available:
  https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Which Plan are you on? There should be some good themes available to choose from.

  Hi

  You need to have a a Premium or Business plan to upload a theme.

  Hi onlineshopforusa,

  As @socalthrills mentioned, third party themes can only be uploaded to sites with a Business plan. onlineshopforusa.wordpress.com is using the Free plan so you would need to upgrade in order to upload a theme there.
