cant upload theme

  i am working for a client and he gave me full access….but when i change theme its not working

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you trying to change or upload the theme? That makes a significant difference.

  You can only upload a theme when on Business plan.

  Changing a theme to one of the free ones should work though, does it?
